• Structure Prediction with SWISS-MODEL

  Learn how to model protein structures based on templates, analyze quality scores, and interpret predicted 3D conformations.

• Network Analysis with STRING

  Construct and evaluate protein interaction networks, identify enriched pathways, and interpret biological relationships.

• Domain Annotation with Prosite

  Detect conserved domains, motifs, and patterns using Prosite, and understand their role in protein function and evolution.
